This Payment Policy explains the payment methods we accept, how payment is processed, and how charges, taxes, and refunds are handled for orders placed through our website.

Accepted Payment Method

We currently accept PayPal as our payment method.

At checkout, eligible customers will be directed to complete payment through PayPal’s payment processing environment or a PayPal-supported checkout flow. Orders are not considered accepted or ready for processing until payment authorization and order review have been completed.

Payment Authorization

When you place an order, your payment may be subject to authorization, verification, fraud screening, or security review. If payment cannot be verified, is declined, or cannot be completed for any reason, the order may not be processed.

Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, inaccurate product information, or system-related listing errors before an order is fulfilled.

Taxes and Additional Charges

Displayed prices may not include applicable sales tax where required by law. If sales tax applies to your order based on the shipping destination, it will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We provide free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders. We do not charge optional service fees, hidden handling fees, installation fees, or unboxing fees. All charges that apply to an order are presented during checkout before payment is submitted.

No Optional Fees

We do not add optional post-checkout service charges, surprise handling fees, or undisclosed charges. If any legally required taxes apply, they will be shown during checkout. Shipping for eligible orders is offered as free standard shipping, as stated in our Shipping Policy.

Order Review and Verification

For security, fraud prevention, or payment verification purposes, we may request additional order confirmation before shipment. We may also cancel or decline an order if the payment cannot be verified, if transaction risk indicators are triggered, or if billing and order details appear incomplete or inconsistent.

Order Cancellation and Payment Processing Fees

If an order is canceled before shipment, we will review the payment status and refund eligibility based on the transaction stage. In some situations, third-party payment processors, banks, or financial institutions may retain non-refundable processing charges, currency conversion charges, or bank-related fees. These fees are not controlled by us and may not be returned to us when a payment is reversed or canceled.

Where applicable, any refund issued by us will be sent back to the original payment method used for the transaction. However, third-party processing timelines and external financial institution handling times may affect when the funds appear in your account.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For orders paid through PayPal, approved refunds will be returned to the same PayPal account or underlying original payment source used for the purchase, subject to PayPal’s own processing rules and timelines.

Refund Timing

Once a refund is approved, we generally process it within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, or after the refund approval criteria have been satisfied where no return shipment is required. After processing, financial institutions or payment providers may require an additional 3 to 10 business days, or longer in some cases, to post the refund to your account.
