Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, the shipping method we provide, cutoff times, processing expectations, and important shipping-related conditions.
Shipping Destination
We currently ship only within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Cost
We provide free standard shipping on eligible orders shipped within the United States.
There are no optional shipping surcharges, hidden handling charges, installation fees, or unboxing fees added after checkout. Any legally required sales tax, if applicable, is calculated at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping Method
We currently offer Standard Shipping only. We do not offer expedited shipping, express shipping, rush shipping, scheduled delivery upgrades, white-glove delivery, in-home installation, assembly, or unboxing services.
Free shipping does not include installation, product setup, unboxing, packaging removal, or in-home services of any kind.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 0 to 1 business day after payment is successfully completed and the order passes any required review. Processing time does not include carrier transit time.
Transit Time
After processing, standard shipping transit typically takes approximately 3 to 5 business days, depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, and other external factors.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Daily Shipping Cutoff Time
Our daily cutoff time for same-day processing consideration is 5:00 PM (UTC-8 / America/Los_Angeles) on business days.
Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking
Where tracking is available from the shipping carrier, tracking information may be provided after shipment. Carrier scan timing may vary depending on the carrier and route.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or additional handling resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged in transit, you must report the issue within 72 hours of delivery or the carrier’s delivery confirmation. Please include your order number, photos of the damaged item, photos of the outer packaging, and photos of the shipping label if available.
If a shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will review the status based on available shipment records.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery caused by customer-provided information, we may contact you to discuss available next steps. Additional re-shipment conditions may apply where permitted.
No Optional Fees
We do not add optional service charges after checkout. We also do not charge extra fees for standard order handling, unboxing, or installation services because such services are not offered.
