We sell and ship only within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not currently offer international shipping. We also do not offer customized, personalized, or made-to-order products. All products sold through the website are standard listed items and are subject to availability.

All product prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Listed prices may not include applicable sales tax. Where required by law, applicable sales tax will be calculated and shown during checkout before payment is completed.

We provide free standard shipping on eligible orders shipped within the United States. We do not charge optional fees, hidden handling fees, installation fees, or unboxing fees. Free shipping does not include installation, setup, packaging removal, or in-home services.

7. Accepted Payment Methods and Payment Process

We currently accept PayPal as our payment method. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the payment information submitted is accurate and complete.

Payment transactions may be subject to authorization, security review, fraud screening, and approval by the payment processor. Orders may be delayed, declined, or canceled if payment cannot be completed or verified.

8. Additional Charges and Third-Party Fees

We do not impose hidden fees or optional charges after checkout. However, payment processors, banks, or financial institutions may impose their own transaction, conversion, chargeback, or related fees in connection with a payment. Such fees are determined by the relevant third party and are outside our control.

In the event of an order cancellation or reversal, some third-party processing charges may be non-refundable because the payment provider or financial institution may retain them as service charges.

9. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

An order confirmation email or checkout completion screen does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted for shipment. We reserve the right to review, limit, decline, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as payment verification issues, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, inaccurate listing information, or shipping limitations.

If you request cancellation before shipment, we will review whether the order can be canceled. If payment has already been processed, any refund that is approved will be issued to the original payment method, subject to third-party payment handling timelines and any non-refundable external processing charges.

10. Shipping Terms

We ship only within the United States, including all 50 states. We offer Standard Shipping only. We do not provide expedited or express shipping.

Orders are typically processed within 0 to 1 business day. Standard transit typically takes 3 to 5 business days after processing. The daily cutoff time for same-day processing consideration is 5:00 PM (UTC-8 / America/Los_Angeles) on business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, holidays, weather, or other external conditions.

11. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

We accept returns or exchanges only for products that are defective or damaged in transit. We do not accept returns for non-quality-related reasons.

Transit damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery or the carrier’s delivery confirmation. Customers must provide the order number and supporting photos, including product photos and, where applicable, packaging photos and shipping label photos.

If a return is approved due to a confirmed defect or verified transit damage, we will bear the return shipping cost or provide return handling instructions. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Refunds are generally processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, and external financial posting may take additional time.

12. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, page layout, graphics, images, icons, logos, branding elements, designs, site structure, code, software components, and other materials, is owned by us or used under appropriate authorization, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and unfair competition laws.
